Ballet for Contemporary Dancers In this ballet class, we delve into the principles of ‘less effort for more efficiency.’ We’ll explore and learn different ways of moving that help us avoid wasting unnecessary energy or muscle tension, while at the same time bringing more dynamism and depth to our movement. Find out what mechanics truly work for your body. What makes you look and feel your best. Technique is crucial, but as a professional, you are the one responsible for knowing how your body works and how to make it move in the way you want. In the end, it's about finding out what works best for you, understanding the nuances that enhance your individuality and physical qualities. The class offers an opportunity to blend technique with personal exploration. It provides a platform for you to work on refining your skills while also encouraging you to experiment with freedom within structure.

This class is intended for people with experience with ballet. A knowledge of ballet vocabulary is required.
