Contemporary Training - Improvisation

Max's training is a mixture of mental preparation, guided improvisation and physical fitness. The aim is to provide a flexible framework that allows dancers with different daily needs to access their own methods, to find their limits and challenge themselves. It provides a balance of internal awareness, external capabilities, and the oscillation between them. The class simultaneously focuses on coordination and stamina through conditioning exercises to address overlooked physical habits, alongside the freedom discovered in improvisational form.
