The training takes place in presence The professional training is aimed at professional dance practitioners (dancers, choreographers, dance teachers and dance students). As an open class with changing local and international instructors, the Professional Training offers a broad and varied spectrum of contemporary dance techniques as well as ballet for contemporary dancers. The training is for professional dancers or dance students in training (with appropriate proof). The training room can be used from 09:30 for registration and an individual warm-up. Training starts at 10 am sharp. Students of MACuP, MACoDe or BATanz don't need to pay Ticket for one day: 6 euros Ticket for ten times: 35 euros

Contemporary Technique - Set Material and Improvisation. The class will provide tools to explore the physical and sensorial aspects of our bodies. The structure is shaped from a warm up inspired by somatic practices, anatomy and martial arts, followed by floorwork elements, individual explorations and group dynamics looking for ways to (re)discover our singularities within improvisation. With the lens on the physical forces observed on the transfer of weight, balance, flow and rhythmic dynamics the aim is to find an autonomy of creation and identity in the relationship between the bodies. I am looking for playful moments in order to step out of our comfortable zones and activate our presence to generate an available body.
