The inclusive dance platform Reclaiming Dance offers open trainings in Mixed Abled Dance in Frankfurt and Offenbach in January/February 2022. The trainings are open to everyone - no matter what language you speak, what age you are, if you have dance experience, or if you have an impairment. Come as you are!

The open trainings will serve as a prelude to the subsequent performance project Reclaiming Dance 2.0, but at the same time can be attended by anyone interested. It will be about contemporary dance methods, especially improvisation techniques.
