The joy of movement and one's own creativity comes first. This course offers elements such as musicality/ sense of rhythm, coordination in space with the body on different levels and balance. Learning and creating choreographies gives us the opportunity to activate our (body) memory. Vicky will intuitively try to respond to the individual needs in the space.
