'Thirst: Introduction to Kinds of Water' is the first choreographic draft in a long term research that investigate the intertwined relationship between wetness and dryness.

In recent years, many thinkers and artists turned their attention towards the notion of Hydrofeminism (a term proposed by Astrida Neimanis), where the fluid, sticky and wet bodies exercise an interdepend and processual relationality that resists the stable, immobile, distant, "dry" relationship currently observed in our Anthropocene orientated society. Nevertheless, instead of thinking of dry and wet as states that cancel one another this research looks into ways to complexify their relationship. As our bodies heat up in foreplay, we become wet - we "heat by melting." As our planet heats up, the icebergs melt, raising the level of the ocean simultaneously drying out of sweet water on earth. Furthermore, is it possible to hydrate/to make wet a body deprived of water?
