Improvisation Techniques Focusing on conditioning and intermuscular co-ordination, this training is developed around the functionality and efficiency of movement. Combining simple sequences and scores based on functional movements, within an improvisational creative space, a deep and organic activation of the stabilising muscular structure will be stimulated. We will explore different techniques and approaches to movement, challenging ourselves in our relationship to resistance, weight, impulse, momentum, and intention. We will address fear and let go of resistance. We will play with gravity and redirect movement. We will regulate emotions, intentions, and expectations.
