PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TANZPLATTFORM RHEIN-MAIN

This class combines improvisation with reaction and perception training and is designed for professional dancers interested in training solo improvisation by looking for unanticipated movements. We will train the whole body, and we will work on mapping the body through sensory expansion. We will challenge our flexibility and reflexes by layering movement qualities in relation to gravity and momentum. We will play with time and space as we move in kinesthetic states.

The training room is available for registration and an independent warm-up beginning at 09:30. The training will start promptly at 10 am. Participation is free for students, day ticket: 6 Euro, 10 ticket: 35 Euro.
